Graduates of the Management in Education study program are equipped with knowledge and skills that will enable them to effectively perform managerial functions in the field of marketing and management in the environment of educational institutions.
The student acquires the basic theoretical and practical basis for the performance of a managerial function, as well as knowledge from the field of methods and techniques of managerial work, both at the level of interpersonal relations and in relation to the person himself.

The study module offers the theoretical and methodological basis of the topic of marketing management in education with an emphasis on the importance of people management, teamwork and decision-making from the position of a manager in education.
