Marketing and Management
Graduates of the Marketing and Management study program are equipped with knowledge and skills that enable them to effectively perform managerial functions in a business environment as well as in public administration.
The student acquires the basic theoretical and practical basis for the performance of a managerial function, as well as knowledge from the field of methods and techniques of managerial work, both at the level of interpersonal relations and in relation to the person himself.
The student primarily acquires the theoretical essence of strategic management and will be equipped with methodological skills for strategic management. The study module is supplemented with case studies from this area.
The study module offers the theoretical and methodological basis of the topic of marketing management with an emphasis on the importance of the customer, marketing mix and brand. The student will also learn the specifics of marketing research, become familiar with the prerequisites for managerial work and the related key competencies in the given function.
