Structure of Study

The programme is adapted to students’ time availability and professional commitments. At the outset of the studies, each student works with an assigned lecturer to develop an Individual Study Plan (ISP), which reflects academic objectives and preferred pace while ensuring a transparent and structured progression from enrolment through to successful completion.

Lecturers are available for consultations, academic support, and assistance with specific tasks through the student’s preferred communication channels, including email, telephone, video calls, and, where appropriate, in-person meetings. This system provides not only expert guidance but also supports personal and professional development.

The student will acquire the basic theoretical and practical foundations of performing a managerial function and knowledge of the methods and techniques of managerial work, both in terms of interpersonal relationships and in relation to oneself.

Strategic management

The student will primarily acquire the theoretical essence of strategic management and will be equipped with methodological skills for strategic management. The study module is supplemented with case studies from this area..

Managerial psychology

The student will master the basics of general psychology, forms of leadership, and acquire competencies in creating profiles of individuals with a focus on applied psychology.

Real Estate
A graduate of the Real Estate Management study programme is equipped with the knowledge and skills necessary for the effective performance of professional roles within real estate agencies, development companies, or other institutions engaged in real estate and the real estate market.

Real Estate

This course focuses on acquiring fundamental knowledge of the real estate market and professional practice in the real estate sector. Students will learn how to manage a real estate agency, source and evaluate properties, carry out property sales and purchases, and effectively market listings. Emphasis is placed on the practical aspects of a real estate agent’s work, including ethics and interpersonal skills. In addition, students will be introduced to investment aspects of real estate and to the ways in which modern technologies influence the real estate market. Overall, the course provides students with a solid foundational understanding of the field and prepares them for a career in the real estate sector.

Study in the Dr.Ph. programme with a specialisation in the real estate market represents an advanced professional specialisation, concluded by the preparation and defence of a dissertation of a scope corresponding to the doctoral level.
