The BBA (Bachelor of Business Administration) represents the first level of professional management education and is primarily intended for applicants with secondary education and limited practical experience. The BBA programme constitutes a foundational entry into the field of management and simultaneously serves as a natural preparatory stage for subsequent MBA (Master of Business Administration) studies.

It is a professionally oriented form of education focused on acquiring essential theoretical knowledge in management, economics, and organisational governance. The programme emphasises an understanding of fundamental managerial principles and the development of competencies required to lead small teams and perform managerial roles in practice. Successful completion entitles graduates to use the internationally recognised professional title BBA, listed after their name.

The BBA study programme offers specialisations in security and civil protection, leadership, human resource management, marketing, management, managerial psychology, psychotherapy and counselling, as well as educational management.


Structure of Study

The programme is adapted to accommodate students’ time availability and professional obligations. At the outset of the studies, each student works with an assigned lecturer to develop an Individual Study Plan (ISP), which reflects academic objectives and preferred pace of study while ensuring a transparent progression from enrolment to successful completion.

Lecturers are available for consultations, academic support, and assistance with specific tasks through the student’s preferred communication channels, including email, telephone, video calls, and, where appropriate, in-person meetings. This system provides not only expert guidance but also fosters personal and professional development.

A graduate of the Marketing and Management study program is equipped with knowledge and skills enabling the effective performance of managerial functions, both in the business environment and in public administration.

Strategic management

The student will master the theoretical essence of strategic management and will be equipped with methodological skills for strategic management. The study module is supplemented with case studies from this area.

Manager CEO

The study module offers a theoretical-methodical basis for the subject of marketing management, emphasizing the importance of the customer, the marketing mix and the brand. The student will also learn the specifics of marketing research, get to know the prerequisites for managerial work and the related key competencies in the given function.

Managerial psychology
A graduate of the Managerial Psychology study program is equipped with knowledge and skills enabling the effective performance of managerial functions in the field of people management and the application of psychological principles in the management of subordinates, leadership in the company, etc.

The MBA programme focused on Psychotherapy and Counselling combines managerial skills with professional knowledge in the fields of psychotherapy, psychology, and counselling. This specialized programme is designed for students who wish to pursue careers in mental health and psychological counselling or who seek to integrate psychotherapeutic approaches into their current professional practice. It is also suitable for those who want to strengthen their communication skills, leadership abilities, or client-focused work.

The programme places a strong emphasis on personal growth and the development of emotional intelligence and serves as a preparatory stage for doctoral studies in the Doctor of Psychotherapy (Dr.Ph.) programme.
