  • Each student's studies in all educational programs are completely individual. You can therefore apply for studies at any time during the year and begin your own studies after agreement with the lecturer who will be assigned to you, according to your capabilities.

  • An Individual Study Plan is drawn up with each student, which reflects the student's capabilities while maintaining the conditions of the educational program.

How is the study going?

  • After completing the administrative matters related to admission to the study, you will be assigned a lecturer who will contact you. The lecturer will send you the syllabus and other teaching material electronically. Together, you will agree on a method of mutual communication that suits your time options. Then, under the guidance of the lecturer, you will go through the study materials, fulfill the assigned study obligations according to the approved Individual Study Plan, process the assigned seminar papers and the final dissertation.​

  • The tutor will be available to you by phone, email or video conference call according to your individual agreement.

  • The study is completed by successfully completing mandatory courses and defending the final dissertation.

Is a student required to commute somewhere as part of their studies?

What must seminar papers and dissertations meet?

  • Within each teaching block, the student must prepare a seminar paper on an agreed topic under the methodological guidance of an assigned lecturer, where the student must demonstrate understanding of the topic under discussion, the ability to apply the acquired theoretical knowledge to solve a specific problem, and also orientation in professional literature. At the beginning of the study, each student receives an internal document entitled "Creating Seminar Papers", which precisely formulates the formal and content requirements for seminar papers.

  • The dissertation represents the completion of studies and the student has to demonstrate in this more extensive work, which he writes in a prescribed template, the ability to apply the acquired knowledge to solve a specific practical task. The chosen topic of the dissertation must be approved by the assigned lecturer and the work must meet the formal and content requirements defined in the internal document "Creating a Dissertation", which the student also receives at the beginning of his studies. The student will submit one copy of the dissertation corresponding to the specified formal and graphic requirements to the Cosmopolitan Institute for prescribed archiving.

Will I receive an academic degree by completing the educational program?

  • According to current legislation, acquired degrees (e.g. BBA, MBA, LLM, etc.) are not considered academic degrees, but professional degrees, which are, however, recognized worldwide in management practice and demonstrate the acquisition of top-notch knowledge in a given field.
