Real estate agent

The Real Estate Broker professional course is implemented on the basis of authorization granted by the Ministry for Regional Development of the Czech Republic No. MMR-68133/2023-94, where successful course graduates, after passing the final exam, will obtain the professional qualification Real Estate Broker (code 66-042-M), which is one of the alternative conditions for performing the related trade Real Estate Brokerage.

The course is intended for both existing real estate brokers or other persons who are already active in the world of real estate, where it serves to deepen their knowledge, as well as for those interested in pursuing real estate practice in the future and do not yet have any experience.

The graduate will gain detailed knowledge of real estate and the real estate market, legal, economic and managerial information with an emphasis on the practical usability of the information provided, which enables effective work in a given area.

When setting the course curriculum, we try to accommodate students by taking into account their needs, possibilities and preferences.

The final exam can be taken without previously completing a professional course, or there is the possibility of using our 3-hour preparatory course.

The professional course Real Estate Broker can also be conveniently connected with our  MBA or  DBA educational program Real Estate Management.

Head of operation - foreman

The professional course Operations Manager - Master is implemented based on the accreditation of the Ministry of Education, Youth and Physical Education of the Czech Republic No. MSMT-19506/2023-2.

The accredited course, lasting 120 hours, is intended for all new and existing managers with at least a secondary education who want to perform their work professionally. Participants will learn, in particular, how to communicate correctly with subordinates, plan production, understand the basic principles of lean production, become familiar with the basics of labor law and learn to apply appropriate lean production methods in practice. They will also be able to identify sources of waste and learn to use tools to eliminate them.

The study is completed with a final exam according to the prescribed standard, where successful graduates of this exam receive a Retraining Certificate.

Website creation using content management systems
The aim of the course is to teach participants basic and advanced skills for creating, managing and optimizing websites using the most widely used content management systems (CMS) such as WordPress, Joomla or Drupal. The course includes, in particular, the following modules - Introduction to content management systems (CMS), Planning and designing a website, Working with WordPress (elements transferable to other CMS), Advanced website editing, Website maintenance and administration and Practical projects. The course graduate will gain, in particular, the following technical competencies - CMS installation and administration, Website content creation and management, Customizing the appearance and functions of the website, Website optimization. They will also acquire project competencies, in particular. Planning and designing a web project or Implementing web projects. At the same time, there will be progress in their personal and professional development in the area of ​​digital literacy, or. doing business in the online environment.
Getting started with artificial intelligence (AI)
This course is designed for complete beginners who want to learn the basics of AI, understand its principles and learn how to apply it in practice. The course will explain what artificial intelligence is, how it works and why it is important. Practical examples of how AI is used in areas such as healthcare, transportation, finance, education and more will be shown. The key technologies used will be introduced and basic concepts such as machine learning, neural networks, natural language processing and computer vision will be explained. Participants will be introduced to the basics of programming, with a brief introduction to tools such as Python and libraries (e.g. TensorFlow, scikit-learn). The course will also include a discussion on ethics and the future of AI: Discussion of the impact of AI on society, ethical issues and possibilities for future development. Course participants will, among other things, gain basic technical knowledge - they will understand what AI is and what technologies and principles make it up, and they will also gain analytical skills - in particular. the ability to identify real-world problems where AI can be used, the ability to assess the suitability of AI solutions for specific situations, etc., they will also gain application skills - the ability to apply AI to real-world cases, etc.
